In-Person Therapy in Eagle Rock

In person therapy for adults, teens and kids 8+ in NELA

Looking for an In-Person Therapist in Eagle Rock?

If you’re looking for an in-person connection that can’t be felt through a computer screen, you're not alone. After experiencing a global pandemic a lot of people feel an aversion to telehealth therapy, which I totally understand. My Eagle Rock office provides a warm, comfortable space for clients who prefer meeting in person rather than virtually.

Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and the pressure of holding everything together while feeling disconnected from themselves. I believe therapy works best when people can show up as they are. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the understanding that healing doesn't happen in isolation from our identities, families, and lived experiences.

I offer in-person therapy in Eagle Rock for adults, teens, and children ages 8+, as well as virtual therapy throughout California.

Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety, and Life Transitions

Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Others are processing the impact of childhood trauma, difficult family dynamics, cultural expectations, or major life transitions.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in the belief that healing doesn't happen in isolation from our identities, families, communities, and lived experiences.

Working with First-Generation, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ Clients

As a first-generation Chicana therapist, I understand how culture, family expectations, and systemic experiences can shape mental health.

Many of the clients I work with identify as first-generation, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or culturally rooted individuals who are trying to balance personal healing with the responsibilities they carry for others.

Therapy for Teens in Eagle Rock

I also work with teens who may be struggling with anxiety, school stress, identity, sexuality or gender exploration, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, or the effects of trauma.

Therapy can provide a supportive space where young people can process challenges, build coping skills, and feel understood without judgment.
